Zusammenfassung: | Scheduling and organizing is a crucial part of managing the land in agriculture. To do this, cropping pattern optimization within a set of constraints necessitates optimal land utilization. For crop pattern optimization, various techniques including benefit-cost, working, programming, and modeling are frequently utilized. The goal programming approach presented in this study aims to maximize net returns, protein, and calorie values while minimizing land usage in the Uttara Kannada district. For the purpose of selecting the optimum farming plan of GP to optimize the pattern of farming for the chosen region under study, criteria including the quantity of net income and the utilization of land by various plans were taken into consideration. The pattern of cropping was optimized utilizing the GP strategy, R programming and python. |
