Finite population queue with single and batch service

In this paper, we study a single server queue with the customer’s population is finite. The services are given singly as a well batches of fixed size. The inter arrival times and service times follows different exponential distributions. For this model the system state probabilities are obtained. Also we have obtained the expressions for some system performance measures and some special cases. We have provided some numerical illustrations.
