Zusammenfassung: | Most of the existing oiling devices for winding machines rotate the first sponge layer and the second sponge layer by rotating the shaft, so as to evenly coat the oil layer on the surface of the wire body. However, dust impurities may remain on the surface of the wire body, which may lead to uneven oiling of the wire body, and it is necessary to oil the wire body again. Aiming at the above problems, this paper designs an oiling device for winding machines. The main technical feature is that the surface of the wire body is cleaned by setting a cleaning sponge, and the surface of the wire body is oiled by using the oiling sponge, so as to solve the problem of uneven oiling and influence the winding efficiency because of dust and impurities on the surface of the wire body. |
