Zusammenfassung: | The physical, technical, and functional properties of signal conversion in the optical system of high-precision fiber-optic microsensors implementing a novel refractometric method for measuring the refractive index of transparent media were determined. As compared with known means of measuring the refractive indexes of liquid media, the fiber-optic microsensor proposed here accelerates the process of express diagnosis of the quality of liquid media in life support systems for, primarily, astronauts, by factors of 2–3, to times of 5–20 sec. |
