Zusammenfassung:Electrochemical characteristics were studied for cardiac pacemaker cathodes with TiN, Pt, and Ir coatings and cathodes with a TiN coating implanted with Pt and Ir ions. The best results were demonstrated by the cathodes with the Pt and Ir coatings. It was shown that implantation can improve the characteristics of the TiN coating and make them closer to the characteristics of the Pt and Ir coatings.
