Zusammenfassung: | [...]the Group of Experts for Action against Trafficking of the Council of Europe -GRETA- indicated that, in Spain, victims' identification relies majorly on the police report (GRETA, 2013) and that residence permits are guaranteed mainly through the collaboration with the State Security Forces (GRETA, 2013, 2018). [...]victims' identification guarantees the residence permit only in the country of identification so it could limit the possibilities of movement for migrant population (Miramond, 2020). [...]although prostitution is not a crime in Spain, from 2022 Spanish government drives its social policies towards both trafficking victims and "women in prostitution" considering both situations as "unwanted by women" and to be solved while accessing a "proper" job that promotes access to rights (MHSSE, 2022). According to the international literature, considering all women in these contexts of prostitution as victims of trafficking (Azize, 2004; Hu, 2022; Kempadoo, 2015) contributes to promote a major stigmatization of sex work and contributes to hide problems derived from the foreignness status or social class of these women. |
