Zusammenfassung:One of the promising directions in 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition is the implementation of these reactions under organocatalysis conditions, which makes it possible to achieve not only high products yields, but also complete stereocontrol of the process. The presented review analyzes data published over the past 5 years according to the types of 1,3-dipoles involved into reactions. In a number of cases, the mechanisms of 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions occurring in the presence of organocatalysts are discussed in detail.
