Zusammenfassung: | Ten sesquiterpenoids (1-10), including two new compounds 1and 2, were isolated with the use of several chromatographic methods from the above-ground tissues of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng. Comprehensive spectroscopic studies, such as single-crystal X-ray diffraction, 1D, 2D-NMR, and HRMS, were used to characterize their structures. The cytotoxic and anti-inflammatory actions and properties of the new compounds 1and 2 were examined and briefly discussed. |
