Zusammenfassung:We present the DC transport characteristics of NbN-Cu bilayer superconducting nanowires. Damascene Cu-covered NbN superconducting nanowires have been fabricated, with NbN thickness varying from 6 nm to 20 nm and width ranging from 100 nm to 180 nm for the NbN-Cu nanowires. Measurements were performed from room temperature down to \sim850 mK and the data was analyzed using thermal phase slip models that demonstrate strong agreement.
