At low filling factors, the tail of the distribution function and the magnitude of the Migdal jump differ qualitatively from a Fermi liquid in a zero magnetic field. The Fermi-liquid distortion of the distribution function is strongly suppressed by the existence of a cyclotron energy gap. |
