Zusammenfassung: | Aims and Objectives: The aim of the study was to determine how yoga training affected women's blood pressure and pulse rate. [11] Aims and Objectives The aim of the study was (a) to determine how yoga training affected women's blood pressure and pulse rate, (b) to determine whether yoga practice can improve stress and physical activity, and (c) to recommendation inclusion of regular yoga practice as a part of daily life for healthy living. During blood pressure measurement, I take care about * Subject is given at least 10-min rest * Armlet should neither too tight not loose. * No tight clothing * Deflate the armlet in between measurements to prevent venous congestion * The initial mercury level must be at "0" mark. * Keep the instrument on the level surface of heat level of the subject and eye level of examiner. DISCUSSION The purpose of our research was to assess how yoga affected women's pulse rate, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure. |
