Zusammenfassung:A photostable NIR‐emissive labeling agent is presented by Masayasu Taki, Yasushi Okada, Florence Tama, Shigehiro Yamaguchi et al. in their Research Article (e202400711). Stereoisomers of the present compounds, based on phosphorus‐bridged rhodamine, exhibit different staining abilities in live cells. The trans‐isomer is able to permeate organelle membranes and label target proteins, whereas the cis‐isomer accumulates nonspecially on lipid bilayers.
