Structural modeling of the development of machine-building production in the industry of the region in the era of industry 4.0

The paper substantiates the need to take into account and monitor the structural indicators of the development of individual industries, as a new promising tool for managing the technological development of regions, using the methods of structural analysis of indicators of the spatial and sectoral development of regions, building structural models based on coefficient analysis. The results of the analysis revealed a mass of structural shifts in the industries of the region, the intensity of technological changes in the context of the development of Industry 4.0. Particular attention is paid to the development of machine-building production, as the basis of a new technological core and the focus of end-to-end technologies. On this basis, the paper states the need for regular analysis of structural changes in key industries in order to develop effective measures to adapt to the conditions of Industry 4.0.
