Zusammenfassung: | C4-C5 olefins are currently large-scale products of petrochemical and oil refining industries. They have always been and will remain in the near future a valuable raw material for the industry of basic organic and petrochemical synthesis, the synthetic rubber industry, and also for the production of high-octane oxygen-containing gasoline components. One way to overcome the shortage of lower olefins is catalytic processes, such as the catalytic dehydrogenation of paraffins with the same number of carbon atoms as in the olefin. Isomerization of n-butane followed by dehydrogenation to isobutylenes is actively used to produce isobutylene (according to forecasts made in the early 90s, the production of MTBE from isobutylene obtained by isobutane dehydrogenation will increase by 42% per year). In connection with the foregoing, the relevance of the development of processes for the dehydrogenation of lower paraffins using domestic catalysts, in particular, those synthesized on the basis of waste raw materials, is obvious. This paper presents data characterizing the chemistry and technological features of the process of dehydrogenation of C4-C5 hydrocarbons on aluminum-chromium catalysts obtained on the basis of a spent catalyst by its qualified modification, a contact formula is selected, and the kinetics of the process is studied. |
