Zusammenfassung: | The article discusses the development of a remote-control system for an all-terrain vehicle. One of the elements of the designed system is the gearbox control unit, the design of which is presented in detail in the work. It is proposed to equip the standard design of the all-terrain vehicle with a gearshift system controlled by a microcontroller and an external operator console without the need for manual shifting by the driver. The developed transmission control system consists of pneumatic cylinders fixed on the body and an electronic control system for them. The system is quite reliable and does not require additional sensors to synchronize the control of pneumatic cylinders. Another advantage of the system is its installation on top of the standard control system without the need to dismantle it. This approach allows the vehicle to be used both manually and remotely. A three-dimensional model of the system is presented, its structure and principle of operation are described. An algorithm for controlling the mechatronic part of the system is presented and its hardware and software implementation is considered. The developed system will improve the safety of the transportation process and expand the scope of the specified vehicle. |
