Zusammenfassung:The aim of this research is to investigate the factors of stress among the manufacturing employees in one of the big manufacturing companies located in the centre region of Peninsular Malaysia. Among the factors which was identified in this research are workplace bullying, financial issue and organisational culture. This research aims to discover the factors that affecting stress among manufacturing employees in this company. This research is a quantitative study. Stress has become the main reason why employees did not manage to perform well at the manufacturing company. This research is a quantitative study. In this research, there are 376 returned questionnaires which have been created and distributed by using Google form by the manufacturing employees. The research is done by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), version 24. Results indicates that workplace bully has the most significant influence on stress among the manufacturing employee (β=0.557, t= 12.06, p=0.00), followed by financial issue (β=0.450, t= 5.070, p=0.00), and organisational culture (β=0.191, t= 2.423, p=0.01). Finally, few suggestions have been provided in the conclusion section to reduce the stress level among the manufacturing employees.
