Zusammenfassung: | The present study aims to uncover the reality of strategic sense at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University and its impact on reducing organizational decline. The issue was articulated through a series of questions that were addressed by the results and conclusions of the study. The study was conducted on a selected sample of (108) individuals from the total research population of (150) leaders and instructors at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University. Statistical techniques, utilizing the program (SPSS V.26), were employed to evaluate the study hypotheses. The findings of the study indicate that strategic sense has a significant impact on organizational regression. This implies that when leaders and managers in organizations possess a unique perception that enables them to interpret the information and data from the external environment of the organization, and engage in internal learning that strives to achieve the best outcome, the level of organizational decline at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, which is a stage in the organization’s life cycle that is reached when it fails to anticipate, recognize, circumvent, deviate, or adjust to external pressures or internal threats to its long-term survival, is reduced. |
