Zusammenfassung:The specific features of the structure, as well as the main mechanical and thermophysical properties of a high-density carbon–carbon composite material based on nonwoven frame are considered. The promise of using this material in the manufacture of accelerating and emissive electrodes of an ion-optical ion source system is shown. The results of the operation of an ion-optical system with two sets of electrodes with a diameter of 180 mm with a slot and a circular apertures as part of an experimental ion source HFIS-16IP are presented. Operating modes of the ion source have been achieved that ensure a minimum half-angle of divergence of the ion beam when operating on xenon and krypton with different electrode configurations. The microstructure and elemental composition of the surfaces of the electrodes of an ion-optical system were studied after testing the ion source. Comparative studies of electrode surfaces after their high-temperature annealing in vacuum were carried out.
