Zusammenfassung:Quality management systems (QMS) enable organizations to work more effectively and efficiently, improve their image, and enhance the satisfaction of their customers and other interested parties. The automotive industry is an industrial sector characterized by stricter requirements for QMSs. The requirements of ISO 9001:2015 are used as a basis to which the requirements of IATF 16949:2916 are added. To keep up with current trends, the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) periodically publishes IATF 16949:2016 Sanctioned Interpretations (SIs). Depending on the organization’s customers, a set of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) requirements are superimposed on the abovementioned set. The wide variety of requirements and their sources mate it difficult for the users and managers of QMSs to track, monitor, take into consideration, update and integrate all such requirements into the management system of their organization. This paper presents a model designated to integrate these and other requirements in order to ensure conformity to requirements, effectiveness of processes, and customer satisfaction.
