Zusammenfassung: | The problem of stunting is a nutritional problem that is the focus of the whole world and of course also the focus of the Indonesian government. In the management of stunting, posyandu is one of the front lines in stunting prevention, because posyandu is a place for monitoring child nutrition and growth. This study aims to explore internal and external factors and analyze strategies in the implementation of stunting prevention in posyandu. This research is an observational study, with qualitative and quantitative research designs. This research was conducted in the working area of the Banjar I Public Health Center, Buleleng Regency, with the number of research respondents being 131 people. The instrument used in this research is in the form of a questionnaire. The data will be analyzed using a SWOT analysis using the IFAS and EFAS matrices followed by the QSPM matrix. In this study, it was found that the implementation of stunting at Posyandu in the good category (70.12%) consists of communication variables in the very good category (87.22%), the availability of resources in the good category (75.21%), the attitude and commitment of the program implementers in the adequate category (59.14%) and the bureaucratic structure in the good category (77.63%). Conclusions from the results of data analysis include: the dominant internal factor as a strength is the availability of Public Health Center human resources and activities integrated with the MCH program, while the weakness is that IEC / counseling provided is still less varied. The external factor as the biggest threat is the lack of participation of parents (mothers) in posyandu activities while as an opportunity is the policy from the central government by including the posyandu program as one of the stunting prevention efforts. The implementation of stunting prevention at the posyandu in the working area of the Banjar I Health Center can be carried out through the main priority strategy, namely providing routine health-related IEC to the community in the context of stunting prevention. |
