Zusammenfassung: | Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing
In article number 2303352, Hongtao Lei, Ye Ai, and co‐workers demonstrate a rapid, accurate, and label‐free antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST) using microfluidic electrical impedance cytometry based on the phenotypic changes of bacterial electrical characteristics to specific antibiotics at the single‐bacterium level. This work could pave the avenue to provide a rapid and accurate AST assay for clinical practice to address the antimicrobial resistance challenge. |
