Zusammenfassung: | The construction and building sector are growing rapidly, on the other hand, the world is facing a new challenge to adapt the green method in order to maintain the environment sustainability. The major environmental issues such as resources, air, water, energy has become a global issue for decades. Based on data from World Green Building Council, the building and construction sector globally responsible for 36% of energy consumption, 38% of energy-related carbon emissions, 50% of resource consumption, and expected to double in total footprint by 2060. The government as a prime mover of a nation have to take an action for encouraging people to immediately implementing the green building concept, by issuing an official regulation that applies nationally and set a feasible standard for actualization. This study aims to give a better understanding about the new regulations and which factors are most influential based on previous studies. |
