Corrugated Surfaces with Slow Modulation and Quasiclassical Weierstrass Representation

Quasiclassical generalized Weierstrass representation for highly corrugated surfaces in ℝ 3 with slow modulation is proposed. Integrable deformations of such surfaces are described by the dispersionless modified Veselov-Novikov hierarchy.
