Zusammenfassung:Introducing PAnt a significant advance in quantitative PLIM bioimaging: PAnt (“phosphonic acid antenna”) is a small water‐soluble lanthanide antenna tailored to dynamically self‐assemble with lanthanide ions, serving as exchangeable probe to overcome photobleaching in PLIM microscopy in cellulo. Lanthanide complexes that may be photobleached during acquisition are continuously replenished by intact PAnt antennas from a large reservoir, exhibiting remarkable photostability compared to traditional lanthanide cryptates, as reported by Angel Orte, Juan A. González‐Vera et al. in their Communication (e202314595). Artwork by M. Eugenio Vázquez, Univ. of Santiago de Compostela.
