Zusammenfassung: | The influence of He ion implantation on the interaction of La1-xSrxScO3-x/2 with air has been studied. Features of the effect of implantation on the state of the surface of irradiated materials are revealed. The temperature dependences of the yield of carbon dioxide and water from La1-xSrxScO3-x/2 samples unirradiated and irradiated with He ions were obtained. It is shown that the implantation of He ions into LaScO3 and La0.9Sr0.1ScO2.95 and subsequent heating in air to 1150°C leads to a decrease in the activity of these materials with respect to CO2 and practically does not prevent the dissociative dissolution of water into these materials. |
