Zusammenfassung:Top oxygen blowing refining can effectively reduce the impurity Al in silicon. The kinetics of Al oxidation in Si-10%Al melt was studied in a top blowing furnace in this paper. It was found that the Al content in Si-10%Al melt is decreased from 10% to 1.95% after using a 60 mL/min Ar and 40 mL/min O 2 mixed gas blowing refining for 180 min. The effects of refining time on Al content in refined silicon are discussed. By establishing the kinetic equation of Al oxidation process, the mass transfer coefficient and apparent rate constant of Al in Si-10%Al melt are calculated. At the same time, the silicon loss rate during oxygen blowing process is obtained. The oxidation behavior of Al in Si-10%Al melt at 1823 K is obtained by ab initio molecular dynamics simulation and simultaneously the simulation results are verified.
