Zusammenfassung:. Memristor is a passive element theoretically proposed by Leon Chua in the 1970’s. It started to receive attention after 2008, when researchers from the HP Labs presented a device with memristive properties. Since then, several models have been proposed to describe the memristor. In this work, we analyze the linear drift model, comparing the numerical solutions with analytical solutions and SPICE simulations. We demonstrate that different solutions can be found depending on the method and parameter set.
