Zusammenfassung:351 patients from senior age groups (elderly, senile age, and long-living persons) of indigenous and nonindigenous population with coronary heart disease were investigated. Atherogenous and antiatherogenous levels of blood lipids in representatives of the nonindigenous population were shown to be higher than in indigenous ones. Body weight index in long-living persons is lower at 23.34 ± 2.05 ( p < 0.001), while the levels of high-density lipoproteins, low-density lipoproteins, and very-low-density lipoproteins and triacylglycerol in relation to the elderly and to persons of senile age are higher. Women demonstrated a higher body weight index (26.63 ± 3.96 ( p < 0.05)) and higher levels of cholesterol (5.32 ± 1.07 mmol/l ( p < 0.001)), low-density lipoproteins (3.76 ± 1.04 mmol/l ( p < 0.001)), high-density lipoproteins (0.98 ± 0.33 mmol/l ( p < 0.05)), and very-low-density lipoproteins, as well as elevated levels of triacylglycerol and the atherogenic index. Ethnic, gender, and age distinctions in levels of blood lipids for patients with coronary heart disease of elderly and senile age, as well as long-living persons living in various regions of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), are identified.
