Zusammenfassung:In this emerging modern world plastic usage has increased drastically. This plastic made a horrible affects to the nature. The sugarcane bagasse fiber natural material which is biodegradable and eco-friendly is the better option for the replacement of plastic material. The better way to get similar to plastic properties is to convert to composite material of reinforcement and matrix is sugarcane bagasse fiber material and PLA(poly lactic acid). Our observations is on the sugarcane bagasse material and with its mechanical properties like tensile strength, young’s modulus, Elongation brake, failure strain, density and chemical properties like cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, ash and its surface modification techniques and mechanical properties of Sugarcane bagasse fiber and Polylactic acid (PLA). Bagasse/PLA composite material can be compatible and replace the synthetic polymer composites. Bagasse/PLA has the better properties with compared to only bagasse fiber. After the surface treatment techniques the properties of material will be stabilized. Addition of ESO (Epoxidized Soybean Oil) to the PLA/SCBF (poly lactic acid/ sugarcane bagasse fiber) composite the impact strength is increased.
