Zusammenfassung: | The development of advanced materials has attracted interest for promising novel applications in biosensing and realm of nanophotonics. This interest in nanoelectronics, and high-performance sensors has created a demand for stable, easily fabrication process, and economy materials. However, the construction of advanced sensors, on which advanced optical sensors can be mounted through cost-effective processing, remains challenging. Nowadays, due to widespread new viruses such as Ebola, Hantavirus, Corona and so on, the need for biosensors to detect such diseases is required. To make such devices, some features such as high speed, low cost, high sensitivity, and ease of use must be considered. One of the martial which is used in biosensors is CNT, due to their high mechanical properties, high thermal and electrical conductivity, and their high aspect ratio, to immobilize the receptors in biosensors. This reviews on CNT-based biosensors and their applications on various field. |
