Zusammenfassung:The research was carried out on 1433 patients, male (1055) and female (378), aged 17–93 years with various polyorgan somatic and psychoneurological pathologies in remission. The polyorgan pathology worsens age-dependent characteristics and increases the biological age of male and female patients. Thus, sexual differences exist but almost disappear over time. In men, the polyorgan pathology affects age-dependent parameters to a greater degree and increases the biological age. This may be the cause of the lower life expectancies of men compared with women.
