Zusammenfassung: | Spectral and power characteristics of thermal radiation from a cylindrical porous burner shaped as a cylindrical porous layer with filtration gas combustion are experimentally studied. The burner feature is stabilization of the filtration gas combustion wave in the axial flow of the combustible mixture inside the porous medium and radiation output through the gas-impermeable walls. The power, spectral and angular characteristics of the radiation flux density from the outer side of the burner with quartz glass and germanium filters are experimentally measured. The prospects of using such a burner as an effective IR emitter for various applications are discussed. |
