Zusammenfassung: | To energize the electron cyclotron resonance heating (ECRH) system for the J-TEXT tokamak, the switch power supply (SPS) module for the 100 kV/60 A pulse step modulation high voltage power supply (HVPS) is analyzed and designed. By analyzing the main circuit structure and common faults of SPS module, the optimized circuit structure, device parameters selection and control and protection section are also presented. The SPS modules have been manufactured with an output of 750 V/60 A. IGBT has been applied as the switching device, and the module could response control signal in 3 μs to achieve high-frequency modulation. A control and protection board is designed based on CPLD, which could offer a comprehensive and rapid protection for the module. Experimental results show that the SPS module performs well and the HVPS complies with the requirements of the ECRH system on J-TEXT. |
