Then the electric current under a given applied bias voltage has been obtained in a two terminal molecular circuit system. Transport characteristics of these molecular-based quantum rings and coherent transport features of the system have been studied. It was shown that negative differential conductance regime arises, in several ranges of the bias voltage. |
