Zusammenfassung: | A mathematical model was developed to assess the relationship between spectral differences in the structure of heart and pulse rhythms and the elasticity of arterial vessels. The model is based on the hypothesis that Mayer waves influence changes in the elasticity of arterial vessels, leading to fluctuations in pulse wave propagation time and resultant changes in the structure of the pulse rhythm. The model was used to obtain relationships between changes in the parameters of heart and pulse rhythms and the index of arterial vascular elasticity. |
