Zusammenfassung:A device for non-contact measurement of the error of stereotactic guidance using different types of brain neu-rosurgery equipment is presented. The targeting accuracies of two different methods of application of the Russian stereotactic system POANIC have been compared. The obtained results make it possible to dispense with mechanical modeling of the intracerebral space during surgery, leading to reductions in the duration and complexity of surgery.
