Zusammenfassung: | Reticular chemistry was successfully applied in highly flexible rare‐earth MOFs to gain control over structural dynamics and gas/vapor sorption properties. The reported materials display a rare continuous‐breathing behaviour and an unprecedented gas/vapor trapping property, resembling the function of Venus‐flytrap, and could be used for the selective removal of harmful gases and volatile organic compounds.
