Zusammenfassung:The biological literacy skill of students in Indonesia is still relatively low. Using the purpose of Biological literacy can be to increase knowledge, understanding, and perspectives about Biology. Biological literacy can be learned from writing that has high language such as school and college Biology textbooks. In addition, one way is to use electronic modules as a complementary medium for learning the respiratory system to improve students’ Biological literacy. RQA-based eM-respiropedia is created using the Research & Development (R&D) method, which contains content that supports bird conservation knowledge. This electronic module is made through the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE). This medium is feasible through due diligence by media experts, material and language experts, teachers, and students. This research was conducted in April-May, 2020 at SMAN 102 Jakarta. Then, the effectiveness test results were calculated using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, Fisher's homogeneity test, and paired t-test. The results obtained are RQA-based eM-respiropedia to influence and enhance Biological literacy in students.
