Zusammenfassung:Experimental results are presented on radiation-optical studies of yttrium aluminum garnets (YAG) nonactivated and activated with rare earth ions (Y 3 Al 5 O 12 -TR 3+ ) and phosphate glasses activated with Nd 3+ ions. Changes in radio- and thermoluminescence spectra are shown to be strongly affected by the mechanisms of phonon scattering by point defects.
