Zusammenfassung:The Abramov reaction was used to obtain a series of dialkyl [(4-chlorophenyl)(hydroxy)methyl]phosphonates with various alkoxy substituents on the phosphorus atom. The structure of the products was confirmed by physicochemical methods. The synthesized compounds were found to exhibit an antibacterial effect against B. cereus and S. aureus and antifungal effect against C. albicans, comparable to those of the reference compounds.
