Zusammenfassung:Analytical and finite-difference methods have been used to analyze the thermo-stressed state of an uncooled deformable mirror. Assessments have been made of temperatures and movements of the optical surface of the mirror both in assigning a uniform intensity of the heat flux and in the presence of global and local nonuniformities. A conclusion has been drawn about the possibility of using simplified analytical computational methods in design analysis.
