Zusammenfassung: | This work presents the results of studying the morphology of composite film and fibrous materials based on biopolymers poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) and polylactide, which contain the complex Mn(III)chloro-tetraphenylporphyrin (MnClTPP). The influence of MnClTPP on the process of structure formation of polymer matrices was demonstrated. Fibrous materials based on poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) (PHB) were obtained by electrospinning of polymer solutions. Film materials based on polylactide (PLA) were obtained by pouring of a polymer solution on a glassy surface. It was shown that the degree of crystallinity increases in both fibrous PHB samples and in film PLA composites at various contents of MnClTPP; at the same time, the complex affects the geometric parameters of fibers. The catalytic ability of MnClTPP to transfer molecular oxygen into an active state makes it possible to recommend the obtained materials as bactericidal matrices in medicine and biotechnology. |
