Zusammenfassung: | Nanographite samples have been obtained by electrochemical exfoliation with varying process temperature, type and concentration of electrolyte, and electrode material. The obtained samples have been analyzed by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and Raman spectroscopy (RS). Structural variations of graphene layers of nanographite depending on the used regime parameters have been found. These structural variations are associated with the formation of functional groups at the edges of defects and layers and changes in the defectiveness and number of layers, as well as the relative content of the amorphous phase. |
