Zusammenfassung: | The contemporary issues of customizing the production of oilfield equipment are presented. In the face of dynamic advances in technology, the need for maximum satisfaction of the customer’s requirements for finished products is actively growing. This issue is closely related to both innovative processes in the machine-building production of oilfield equipment and research into metal processing technologies. In the course of this study, an approach is developed for modeling a comprehensive assessment of choosing metals for the production of bimetallic cylinders. Benchmarking is taken as the basis for a quantitative method for the integral assessment of the material parameters and methods for ion-plasma nitriding of the bimetallic cylinder surfaces. This study makes it possible to carry out a multicriteria selection of the most suitable production material and to formulate criteria for further testing objectively. |
