Zusammenfassung:An analysis of the possibility of achieving cancer remission at the final stages of therapy using radiopharmaceuticals (RP) with emitters of different types of radioactivity is carried out. In order to reduce the associated excessive radiological impacts from radiopharmaceuticals and use the natural biochemical process to deliver the conjugate to the cancer cell, a therapeutic approach that combines the use of a transport molecule in the form of modified glucose and a therapeutic agent in the form of an Auger-electron emitter is proposed for the first time. The advantage of using Auger-electron emitters compared to α and β emitters for the destruction of micrometastases and individual cancer cells is substantiated. The choice is made in favor of the radioisotope 103m Rh as the most convenient and efficient emitter of auger electrons.
