Zusammenfassung:Organic Field‐Effect Transistors In article number 2304736, Boyu Peng, Hanying Li, and co‐workers utilize single‐domain molecular monolayer crystals as the active channel to largely enhance the uniformity of organic field‐effect transistors. The herringbone‐packed white bricks represent the densely packed molecules in the molecular monolayer crystals. The whole brick layer is curved, indicating the potential of such material for further flexible electronic applications.
