Zusammenfassung:The purpose of this study is to analyze use of flexible management and popular teamwork tools that affect the management of human capital in the context of the digital transformation of the transport complex. A model of teamwork is considered, which will allow increasing bonuses in the piggy bank of transport complex enterprises based on digital tools. During the pandemic, the demand for highly qualified specialists has increased not only in the field of IT technologies, but also in other areas of activity, in connection with which there have been trends to increase work in the online environment. The study of new technologies, as well as the use of digital tools, allows transport complex enterprises to significantly increase their attractiveness in the market. Due to the current situation against the background of the pandemic, it is necessary to concentrate efforts on creating an investment-attractive environment for the development of this area of activity, without losing qualified specialists.
