The benchmarking of safety dangerous cargo handling via train in the world

The paper objective is to maintain safety and zero accident related to the handling dangerous cargo which is transported by cargo train or using Railway in the world. This Paper review and analyze the Common Dangerous Cargo handling among some big countries located at four continents in the world. This paper method is descriptive-explorative using a Benchmarking analysis supported by quantitative qualitative data source from the International and national regulation as well as literature references. The results of this paper to encourage Train operator and multi moda transportation related to the train, to maintain and implement the correct procedures with risk management in implementing dangerous cargo handling in the near future to ensure safety on the train.
