Zusammenfassung:A review of works on the study of the theoretical and experimental strength of unidirectional composite materials based on an epoxy matrix is performed. The approach used in assessing the strength of composites reinforced with continuous fiber is described from the perspective of the theory of maximum work. The results obtained under mechanical action on the material in a plane in the main directions are presented. The level of change in deformation per unit time is proposed as one of the loading conditions. A kinetic approach is proposed to assess destruction relative to exposure time. The conditions for the destruction of a unidirectional composite under static influence on the material are considered.
