Let S be a unitary left Module over a ring ℝ.with 1. An T-Module F is T-semihollow-lifting if for each Submodule H` of F and FH T-semihollow, ∃ a Submodule W of F s.t F = W⊕W* and W ⊆Tsce H in F. In this paper, we give some basic properties.
